Use Directions:

• The oval container is made entirely from steel, and it's not leakproof. Put your wet foods in the no-leak snack cup, which can be used separately or nested inside the oval container.
• The cup has a water-tight silicone lid, it's great for sauces, yogurt, juicy cut fruit, and other foods you don't want leaking.
• Not for use in the microwave. Food may be reheated in the metal containers in a medium-heat oven.
