Refund Period: Returns are generally allowed up to a maximum of 14 days from the date the order was placed or 24 hours for health & beauty products.

Items excluded are valuable goods such as jewelry, watches, glasses, evening wear, wedding attire, and items that come into contact with the skin (swimwear and underwear), as well as perfumes. The return and exchange period for these items is one day as per MOCI laws, provided that the option for return is indicated on the purchase receipt.


Delivery Fees: Usually, delivery fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees apply.
Conditions: Items usually must be unopened, unused, unworn, and undamaged to be eligible for a refund.
