• This Privacy Policy is for the use of the application and website www.shopvend.com (hereinafter known as the “Platforms”) which are owned by Vend Commission Agent Company W.L.L (hereinafter known as the “Vend” or “we” or “us” “our”) and clarifies the relationship of the collecting, using, storing, sharing and the protection of  your personal information, the aforementioned also applies to the Platforms and all websites, services and tools related to the Platforms, moreover and regardless of how these services are accessed, even though through mobile, tablet or other software devices; reading and reviewing the Privacy Policy is important to you so we recommend to review it from time to time.
• When you register for an account at the Platforms, you agree and acknowledge that Vend will be provided and has the absolute right to store the information stated in this Privacy Policy at its own storage systems or with a contracted third party.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURSDICTION:

• This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and any dispute that may arise in relation to this Privacy Policy, the courts of the State of Kuwait shall have jurisdiction.
